Why don’t you ship to my country?

As much as we’d like to take your money... Due to current exporting regulations, we can only ship within New Zealand.

When will I receive my order?

We make every effort to ensure orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt and they should arrive within 3-5 biz days. Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

What should I do if I haven’t received my package?

If you have not received your order within the time stated above please flick us an email info@strippedjerky.com

Can I collect my order?

Hell yeah you can! Select the pick up option when making your purchase and stop by the Jerky Lab between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If the place is deserted (we went surfing) your jerky will be in the drop off/pick box by the door.

Subscriptions

Our montly subscription service ensures you'll always be stocked up on your Stripped Jerky favourites.

Simply choose the flavours you'd like to purchase and make sure you have selected the monthly subscription box on each and add it to your cart. You can make up your subsciption bundle with both individual flavours as well as mixed boxes.

You will be charged initially for the first order you place. This order will be placed on a recurring payment schedule which you will be billed on the 1st day of each month.

You can cancel your subscriptions in your customer portal, which can be accessed via the link you receive in each subscription email OR by logging into your Stripped Jerky.
